As the CEO & Founder of The Hairston Impact Group, LLC, Dr. Hairston serves organizations across the United States and internationally, including Legacy Schools in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil — delivering Institutional Alignment and Mastering Classroom Management: Best Practices.

Dr. Hairston currently serves as Dean of Dual Enrollment Programs at St. Petersburg College and as an Educational Consultant for Legacy Schools in Brazil. Her practice is grounded in John Maxwell certified coaching principles, relational leadership practices, and systems thinking.
